-Every Minute on Minute, Stop & Do 10 Ab-Mat Sit-ups-
-WOD BEGINS w/ 10 Sit-ups-
-Burpees can’t continue until 10 Sit-ups done-
**If no bar to jump over, just jump over KB or DB, or something a foot off the ground**
