4 TNG @ 70-75% of 1 RM
3 TNG @ 75-80% of 1 RM
2 TNG @ 80-85% of 1 RM
1 @ 85-90% of 1 RM
2 TNG @ 80-85% of 1 RM
3 TNG @ 75-80% of 1 RM
4 TNG @ 70-75% of 1 RM
5 TNG @ 60-65% of 1 RM)
*increasing weight each round til the set of 1, then try to replicate each weight on the way back up
Friday EMOM (4 Rounds for reps)
24 minute EMOM
1- 12-15/9-12 calorie machine
2- 30-45 seconds of rig work (athlete’s choice)
3- 5 Power Cleans (athlete chooses weight)
4- 30-45 seconds of inversion work (athlete’s choice)
*log your lowest number for each movement for your score
*should have 4 numbers to log at end of EMOM
