2020 WOD for Inclusion Partner WOD

PART A

1968 Meter Row

Each team will need to complete a total of 1968 meters. This can be divided by two or however the team sees fit. While one member is rowing, the other athlete is to begin 10 rounds of Part B.

PART B

10 Rounds:

10 Box Jump Overs 24/20

10 Wall Balls 20/14

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings 53/35

50 Overhead Reverse Lunges w/ Plate 45/25

50 Burpees Over Plate

50 Plate Ground to Overhead 45/25

**Partners can work at the same time, both must complete all reps**
**Only 1 edge of plate must touch the ground for the plate G2O’s**

**WOD can be one individually, if no partner**
