While wearing a 20/14# Vest,
Run 532m w/ Slam Ball 30/20
Then:
5 Rounds
21 Hand Release Push-ups
20 Alt. DB Snatches 50/35
18 Overhead DB Lunges 50/35
Then:
Run 532m w/ Slam Ball 30/20
**Use KB or Plate if no DB (plate would just be G2O). Run with one of those objects if no slam ball.**
