24 Min. EMOM

Min. 1 – 8 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

Min. 2 – 10 Alt. DB/KB Snatches 50/35

Min. 3 – 100m Run/Row

Repeat the movements for 24 MIn. so…..

Min. 4 – Burpee Box Jumps

Min. 5 – Snatches

Min. 6 – Run/Row….etc….
**If you are able to keep up your score is 24 rounds. If time gets you lower the reps by 2 until you can maintain the minutes and just keep going but score is round that stopped you. If you don’t have DB or KB use slam ball or light barbell. If can’t run or row, then just do 30 seconds of jumping jacks to keep heart rate up. If no box, just do Burpee jump knee tucks.**
