*Perform all 6 sets of 3 reps at same weight

*take sufficient time and sets to build up to percentage weight

Shoot to Thrill (EMOM) (Weight)

20 min EMOM:

M1: 1 Macho Man Complex (3 PC+3 FS+3 PJ)

M2: 15/12 Calorie Machine
*Complex must be performed unbroken

*Pick a weight for the complex that you think you can maintain

*Log Lowest weight lifted

*Must hold 15/12 cal machine to click Rx

ODD minutes: “X” reps/seconds of an inversion movement of choice

EVEN minutes: “X” reps/seconds of a rig movement of choice
