Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets

*Must be TNG, no re-gripping

*Score is the weight you did

*Take whatever time you need between the 15-12-9 as long as you complete it within 20 min
