3 Position Clean Complex (8 min EMOM (perform 1 complex each minute))

-Clean (From Ground)

-Clean (Below Knee)

-Clean (Above Knee)
*try to work on squat cleans here to prep for workout

*each complex must be performed TNG (without letting go of bar)

*Stick to same weight for duration of EMOM

*take several sets to build up to EMOM weight

For Time:

5 rounds of :

5 Squat Cleans (115/75)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

Then

4 rounds of:

4 Squat Cleans (135/95)

4 Bar Facing Burpees

Then

3 rounds of:

3 Squat Cleans (155/105)

3 Bar Facing Burpees

Rx+: 135/95, 155/105, 185/125
Goal/Stimulus: 12-15 minutes

Accessory Work (optional)

3 rounds for Quality of:

10 single leg deadlifts (each leg)

10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg)

10 pausing goblet squats (3 sec pause)

*use Kb or DB if able
