*try to work on squat cleans here to prep for workout
*each complex must be performed TNG (without letting go of bar)
*Stick to same weight for duration of EMOM
*take several sets to build up to EMOM weight

5 Squat Cleans (115/75)
5 Bar Facing Burpees
Then
4 rounds of:
4 Squat Cleans (135/95)
4 Bar Facing Burpees
Then
3 rounds of:
3 Squat Cleans (155/105)
3 Bar Facing Burpees
Rx+: 135/95, 155/105, 185/125
Goal/Stimulus: 12-15 minutes
