My name is Andrew Chavous, and I have been doing CrossFit since July 2015. As a NCAA Division 1 track athlete, I love pushing myself and the thrill of competition and wanted to continue that post graduation. I was extremely lucky to stumble upon CrossFit Wreckage on a Google search after moving to Charlotte, and the rest is history.
The basis of functional fitness behind CrossFit was immediately appealing, and the workout programming and family at Wreckage was the icing on the cake. You don’t have to be in the best shape of your life the first day you walk in the gym; but I guarantee that if you put in the consistent work, you will be by the time you walk out!
