30 minute AMRAP:
Max Calorie Machine (split as desired with one partner working and one resting)
*Every 2 minutes starting at ZERO both partners must perform 1 MACHO MAN COMPLEX (3 Power Cleans, 3 Front Squats, 3 Push Jerks)
Score = Max Calorie Machine
Rx+: 155/105#
Rx: 135/95#
Fitness: 95/65#
*Must stay on same machine the whole WOD
*WOD STARTS WITH COMPLEX
*Complex must be done unbroken/TNG without putting bar down
*Each Partner will have their own barbell
*Macho Man Complex does not have to be synchro but it is done at same time and partner cannot begin machine again until full complex is completed by both partners
