10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Mary (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
15 Pull-ups

Squat Clean (Immediately after the AMRAP is complete, an 8 minute clock will start and you will have 8 minutes to build to and establish a 1 RM Squat Clean for the day)

*Must be Squat Clean

*Must have barbell off the ground before time runs out for it to count
