CrossFit is all about not specializing in one particular area of fitness. Instead, CrossFit encompasses all areas of fitness, including; Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance training, plyometric training, kettlebell training, and pretty much any other area of fitness you can imagine.
If you are tired of going to the gym and doing the same routine of weights and then hopping on a treadmill, then come to CrossFit Wreckage. Its hard to get bored with CrossFit workouts, because unless you are preforming a benchmark WOD, you probably won’t do the same workout more than once. CrossFit is constantly varying fitness that utilizes functional movements that can be found in everyday activities.
Our Box may not look like a traditional gym, and that is on purpose. We do not utilize “machines” that are seen in most large gyms. That is because “You” are the machine. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete preparing for the CrossFit Games, or someone who can’t even remember the last time they worked out. CrossFit is for everyone.
We will teach you what you need to know to meet you fitness goals, and we can scale any of our workouts to accommodate your fitness level. That being said; come to CrossFit Wreckage if you want lose weight, come if you want to have the highest fitness level you’ve ever had, and most importantly come prepared to work. CrossFit is all about hard work, sense of community, and doing what you thought your body could never do.
